Evidence before answers

When you scan a label or ask a question, Gluten Zero prioritises structured knowledge — ingredient libraries, FSANZ rules, and verified food-risk data — before generating any AI response. If evidence is insufficient, we say so.

Australian standards first

Gluten-free claims in Australia follow FSANZ Standard 1.2.7. Our guidance is written for Australian packaging, not US FDA or EU rules unless explicitly noted for travellers.

Privacy you control

Your profile and symptom journal are stored for your use. We do not sell personal health data. OCR processing runs on your device — ingredient photos are not uploaded by default. Read our full Privacy Policy.

Honest limits

Manufacturers change formulations. Kitchens vary. We cannot monitor every product update across Australia. Always read physical packaging before eating and confirm with staff when dining out.

Responsible AI
